About Country Wagz
At Country Wagz, I believe every animal deserves thoughtful, dependable care from someone who truly understands how much they mean to the people who love them.

From everyday visits and holistic wellness support to once-in-a-lifetime celebrations, my goal is simple: to help you enjoy life's moments knowing your animals are always safe, happy, and well cared for.
A Little About the Face Behind Country Wagz
Hi! I’m Kayla — owner of Country Wagz
Animals have been the center of my life for as long as I can remember, and animal welfare, health, and wellness are things I’m genuinely passionate about.
With years of experience in both small animal and equine veterinary medicine, along with a lifetime of hands-on experience caring for horses and companion animals, I’ve built my career around their health, happiness, comfort, and well-being.
My years working as a veterinary technician and office manager, along with a lifetime of hands-on experience with animals of all kinds, have given me a wealth of knowledge and experience that I bring to everything I do. But beyond my professional background, I genuinely love working with animals and take pride in providing the same level of care, attention, and consideration I'd want for my own.
My passion for animal wellness also comes from personal experience. After years of dealing with chronic back pain and trying countless ways to find relief, I discovered red light therapy and experienced firsthand what a difference it could make for me. I've always preferred a more holistic, non-invasive approach to my own health whenever possible, and I believe our animals deserve that same consideration. It's what inspired me to incorporate supportive wellness services into Country Wagz.
At the end of the day, I genuinely love what I do, and the animals are what make it so rewarding. I feel incredibly fortunate to get to work with so many wonderful animals and have the opportunity to make a difference in their lives, whether it's providing a little extra care and attention or helping them feel their best. Nothing makes me happier than seeing our animals feel safe, comfortable, and content, and knowing the families who love them can relax with the peace of mind that they're in excellent hands who will always put them first.
