Welcome to the Country Wagz website. By using this website or booking services with Country Wagz, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Services
Country Wagz provides professional drop-in pet care, horse and hobby farm visits, wedding pet attendant services, animal wellness services including red light therapy (RLT), and select equipment rentals. Services are provided by appointment and are subject to availability.
Booking & Payment
Appointments should be scheduled in advance whenever possible. Payment is due according to the terms agreed upon at the time of booking.
Equipment rentals may require a separate rental agreement outlining rental dates, equipment use, care, return requirements, and other applicable terms.
Meet & Greets
A complimentary meet-and-greet may be required for new clients before services begin to ensure Country Wagz is a good fit for you and your animals.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding their animals, including medical conditions, medications, behavioral concerns, feeding instructions, wellness needs, and emergency contact information.
Clients are responsible for ensuring safe access to their home or property during scheduled visits.
Animal Health & Behavior
For the safety of all involved, clients agree to disclose any known aggressive, dangerous, or significant behavioral concerns. Country Wagz reserves the right to decline or discontinue services if an animal poses a safety risk.
Red Light Therapy & Wellness Services
Red light therapy and other wellness services offered by Country Wagz are intended to support general comfort, relaxation, recovery, and overall wellness.
These services are not veterinary medical care and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease or replace examination, diagnosis, or treatment by a licensed veterinarian.
Clients are responsible for informing Country Wagz of any relevant medical conditions, recent procedures, injuries, medications, or veterinary recommendations before wellness services are provided.
Equipment Rentals
Clients renting Country Wagz equipment agree to use the equipment only as instructed and to take reasonable care of it while it is in their possession.
Rental equipment must be returned in the condition in which it was provided, allowing for normal use. Additional rental terms may be included in a separate signed rental agreement.
Veterinary Care
If an emergency occurs and the owner cannot be reached, Country Wagz will make reasonable efforts to obtain veterinary care. Clients are responsible for any veterinary expenses incurred on behalf of their animal.

Limitation of Liability
While every reasonable effort is made to provide safe, reliable, and compassionate care, Country Wagz cannot be held liable for unforeseen illness, injury, escape, acts of nature, equipment misuse by the client, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
